A big thanks to Tex!  I was in quite the computer dilemma.  I had borrowed a friend's laptop to do some work in preparation for my wedding and the hard drive crashed.  After attempting to figure out the problem myself, I called Tex and met with him that same day.  Tex realized my sense of urgency and despair to return the laptop in the same condition as it was given to me.  Though Tex's diagnosis indicated that the hard drive would have crashed regardless if it was in my possession or not, I felt responsible and asked him to do whatever it took to fix it.  Tex got on it immediately, overnighted a hard drive, replaced it in the computer, recovered the files from the old hard drive, and reinstalled them on the new one---all in a 3 day turn around.  I was more than pleased with his knowledge, courtesy, and service.  Tex called me during every phase of the repair to let me know what was going on.  His excellent service gave me a sense of relief as I presented the laptop back to its original owner.

Shortly thereafter, I needed some work done on the computer system at a business I own here locally.  We were drowning in viruses, annoyed by all the mysterious pop ups as we attempted to log onto the internet.  Again, I called Tex.  Once Tex arrived and did a thorough scan of our system, it became apparent the computer was dominated by a trojan virus and other adware, potentially detrimental to our system and customer database.  Tex had arranged to come at a time when our traffic would be minimal so we had very little disruption to our daily operations.  Tex had just the right software to attack the viruses and installed some preventive software for us to use in the future as well.  I have been amazed at the difference in speed in which we are now able to run our computer.

Now that I have used Tex both for personal and professional issues, I am sold on his service.  Tex keeps his customers' best interests in mind and is efficient with his time and productivity, always looking for the best way to fix the problem while keeping the cost to a minimum.  I am more inclined to call Tex a friend now more than my computer technician.

As you know my computer was at a standstill. After being on the phone for several hours with software people and hardware people the problem was still not resolved.
