Reformat hard drive and reinstall Windows and Office. Rebuilding starts your system back at square one. This might be the best solution for an old system that isn’t performing well. We can back up all your data for you if you choose our backup option below. However, you will need all your original software to avoid additional software costs. Please consult our data and software checklists for more details.

     Data Backup/Recovery for $100+ (plus tax)     

Pricing varies according to the amount of data recovered. All your documents, email, pictures, music, etcetera will be returned on CD\DVD, usb flash drive, or external hard drive.  We will go over our data checklist with you before we begin the backup/recovery process.

 Virus and/or Malware Removal  for $200 (plus tax)

Removal of viral and malware threats from your computer.  Malware(a.k.a. spyware, adware, junkware, etc.) is “nondestructive” software that is usually installed without your explicit knowledge. It often comes bundled with music download software, free games, and many other internet sources. If your system has more than 5-10 significant infections, a complete rebuild is recommended. But, no work will be performed before consulting you.
